Crawfish Dipping Sauce for a Crowd

This recipe makes a delicious cajun dipping sauce for your boiled crawfish tails. See the notes for measurements for a smaller portion.

Ingredients

  • 10 cups mayonnaise
  • 5 cups ketchup
  • 5 tbsp creole seasoning
  • 1-2 tbsp worcestershire sauce start with 1, add additional if desired
  • 8 tsp prepared horseradish
  • hot sauce optional, just add a few splashes at a time

Instructions

  • In a very large bowl, mix together mayo and ketchup.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Taste to see if you want more spice and adjust as desired.
  • Chill in fridge for at least an hour.

Notes

This recipe for crawfish dip is for a very large amount (for 30+ people). But you can easily half or quarter the recipe for smaller crowds.
 
To Quarter Recipe for Smaller Crowds
  • 2 1/2 C Mayo
  • 1 1/4 C Ketchup
  • 1-2 tbsp creole seasoning
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • splash of Worcestershire sauce

  • 5 C Mayo
  • 2 1/2 C Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp creole seasoning
  • 4 tsp horseradish
  • 1-2 splashes of Worcestershire sauce
