How to Use Ranch Seasoning Blend

You can use this ranch seasoning blend the same as you would any store bought ranch packet. Simply use two tablespoons of this blend in place of the pack of ranch seasoning. Some of my favorite ways to use this mixture are:

  • Homemade Ranch Veggie Dip – 1/2 C each of mayo and sour cream, plus a tablespoon of seasoning
  • Homemade Ranch Dressing – 1/2 C of buttermilk and mayo, plus a tablespoon of seasoning
  • Mississippi Pot Roast
  • Grilled Chicken or Pork
  • Taco Soup

or any other recipes that call for ranch seasoning!

How Long Does Homemade Ranch Seasoning Last?

Since you’re just combining dried herbs and seasonings, your ranch blend will last as long as your other shelf stable spice mixtures. Just be sure to keep your blend in an airtight jar.
