Tips for Using Your Free Printable Grocery List
Make it Meet YOUR Needs
The first step for using your free grocery list is to make sure it fits your needs. If the pre-filled categories don’t work – scrap them and use categories that work for your shopping trip!
Create an Essential Grocery List
If you’re using the editable version of this printable, consider inputting some of the items you buy every shopping trip. This will create a basic grocery list foundation that you can add to.
See What You Have
Check the pantry first! Checking for what you already have on hand eliminates you from buying duplicate items. This cuts down on extra cost, and you waste less food by using items before they expire.
Check Your Meal Plan
Always look over your menu plans to make sure you have tall necessary ingredients on your printable list. This will cut back on extra trips tot he store through the week!
Keep it Centralized
Keep the printed weekly grocery list in a central location in the house. As you or a family member come across something you need, it can quickly be added to the list.
